Boris Johnson recieves £115,000 from a taxpayer-funded annual allowance and faces calls to be suspended after revelations in the Guardian - while Angela Raynor is forced out over a £30,000 mistake.

I'm sure the resident Tory boys are happy for their hero to keep calm and carry on raking in the loot.

The hornsmoking Tory boys on here love him deeply. Any blue boy losing status or worse - large sums of money, affects them terribly, poor old duffers.

Interesting that the Guardian describes the Boris revelation as a possible breach of ethics.

Accusations against Raynor were a little more robust were they not?

He dodgy behaviour is still coming to light.

Undervalues one home and then corrected the "error" funnily enough at a time when she wanted to sell her share to her son at an inflated price.

Remind me again just how much is the ex-Labour priminister, the socialist Tony Blair worth now?

Most of it comes after his term in office and relates to his snout-in-the-trough fees for after dinner speeches - would you pay £250,000 to hear him talk? No, my point is the man still receives a tidy sum at the taxpayers expense as well as the other gratuities he snuffles up like some money-hog 'neath a mystical Tory money tree.

Remind me, by how much is the average UK citizen better off since TB went, seeing as we've had the "benefit" of years of Tory custodianship of the nation's finances since?

Bless it appears only conservative ex PM are open to any sort of criticism. How would have thought it from the usual suspects.

Don't be a melt all of the time : have a day off (y)

It's funny though, how some jack off over Tory financial nous, yet are forced to accept that Tories don't have much of it themselves.

So, not only do they not enrich the country, they aren't great at enriching themselves either :ROFLMAO:

No you really did miss the point but never mind. In any case thank you for the contribution it does go some way to outlining the comment I made in regard to the blinkered approach. (y)
