the correct under sink trap

I've been trying to add in a dishwasher under my sink, but so far it's ot going too well.

I got a McAlpine doupe trap - like this https://www.screwfix.com/p/mcalpine-double-appliance-trap-white-40mm/95241

But it doesn't attach to my plug hole.

I went to the plumbing shop and they sold me a McAlpine 11/2 Euro Waste Adapter - like this https://www.screwfix.com/p/mcalpine-t12a-f-1-1-2-bsp-eu-uk-coupler-white-40mm-x-40mm/1358v

The trap now connects to the sinkhole, but is out of sync at the other end! The U (?) no longer lines up at the other end.

Can someone send me a link to a double trap that has an already Euro adpated sink fitting?

Can I not just skip the adaptation and get one that fits without adapting? Getting another bit feels silly
