The End Of UK/Civilised Society

you mean those same ones that spout about the environment and climate on how its being demolished and then go to Glastonbury and leave the place looking like appelberry after the "ponies" have visited
Thats them.
The ones that want open borders and fly Palastinian flags
Singing from the River to the sea and death to the IDF
Yet are surrounded by a huge fence, gates and security that protects them from rapists, murders and kidnappers.

Thats the sort of people he means.

Been to the river 4 times this week.
The green next to it has become popular for sunbathers and picnics.
We took our spot, some of us went kayaking/paddle boarding and others stayed on the green.
Comes 6pm, people start going home.
White and black families all clear their area and put rubbish in dedicated bins.
Asians and Arabs leave behind an impressive amount of rubbish, including dirty nappies.
Without fail someone tells them to clear up and they pretend not to hear.
Saturday a huge black fella got the hump at being ignored by a large group of them and blocked one of their cars.
Other people joined in and a stand off started.
The little shyt called the police instead of cleaning.
Even when police arrived they insisted on not cleaning, they love the third world look.
2 female officers grabbed bags and gloves and cleaned their mess.
No apology, no thank you to the officers but a lot of abuse towards everyone, including the police.
This is near Richmond park, a once happy oasis free from pests.
Say no more.

Didn't you have your phone handy to record the evidence?
Funny that.

Thirty years ago, I did a lot of walking and hiking in snowdonia.

Rubbish and litter was noticeable, even back then.

Brown faces, not so much.

In no way am I excusing littering or other antisocial behaviours, but I'm also not blind to the (uncomfortable for some) truth that it is a scum problem, regardless of creed or colour.
I have annoyed my Ma for most of my life by picking up litter and putting it in a bin when I find one. My Ma and Gran taught me that if you can't find a bin, put your rubbish in your pocket until you can and if you can't, take it home. I just extended that to other people's litter, which Ma thinks I shouldn't have to deal with, but it doesn't take much, especially if there's a bin nearby.

I particularly remember doing it on the beach in New Polzeath in 1977. Litter absolutely everywhere!

So.e people take great offence to being filmed.
Excuse the pun, but that's a load of rubbish. I mean, they may do, but that's their problem. It is a lawful activity.

The police would back you up 100%. There is no expectation of privacy in public. Photography is not a crime.

How do you think there are CCTV cams everywhere, ANPR watching our cars, recording our number plates?
Forgot to mention dash cams. It's all legal.

When the news crews go out on the streets to film stuff, they just do it, they don't need permission from anybody.

Nor do individual members of the public.

Go to your local mosque. Stand there with your phone out and film all the Muslims as they are coming out. Remember what you said, “Photography is not a crime" and make sure you tell them that. Do the same at your local vape shop, Turkish barbers and Lithuanian car wash. If you are still walking and talking after that, come back and let us know how you got on.

What do you think they're going to do?

Are these people extra violent in your neck of the woods?

Because there is a vape shop and Turkish barbers in the village and I have taken pictures of them for a Scout project. No problem, no complaints.

The Mosque is further away and I don't drive and the bus route is a pain from my gaff. But again, what are they going to do? I can understand they might be uneasy seeing a white bloke taking a picture of their place of worship, but even if the police were called on me, they are not the feelings police, they enforce the law.

According to your, Mottie's and Johnny's bravado, there would be no problem.

Additionally, vandalising street furniture is OK, but leaving litter is not OK.
But I'm not allowed to mention hypocrisy because the thread will be deleted.
