He has never been convicted at a jury trial, you can look it up. Whether he requested one and was denied I have no idea, but if you have evidence that he's lying I'm sure you'll provide it.

He was convicted by a jury in 2005 at Luton Crown Court for kicking a policeman in the head.

On 18th April 2005, in the Luton Crown Court, this appellant was convicted by a majority of 11-1 of assault occasioning actual bodily harm (Count One) and by a majority of 10-2 of assault with intent to resist arrest (Count Two). He was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment on Count One and 3 months imprisonment concurrent on Count Two. He appeals by way of leave of the single judge.

Twice in the Crown Court he has had the opportunity to face a jury but decided to plead guilty instead.

In addition there have been at least two convictions in the Magistrates Court. So, obviously no jury in these cases.

He was then sentenced three times for contempt of court. As far as I am aware, that is just by a single judge with no jury.
