The far-right are a menace to society

This is what you get when a populist like Farage stirs up trouble

Fillyboy says “they must be antifa”

For decades, Labi Siffre’s hit (Something Inside) So Strong has been a global anthem against apartheid. It was inspired by a documentary about apartheid-era South Africa, and was widely reported to be Nelson Mandela’s favourite song. But now the singer-songwriter has taken the step of issuing Tommy Robinson with a cease and desist order after the far-right activist incorporated the song into his social media posts and used it at the recent “unite the kingdom” rally in central London.

----

Following in the footsteps of a wide array of songwriters who told Trump to stop stealing their stuff - seems the Far right have no new ideas of their own.

Actually, i hope he keeps playing the song; oblivious to the irony of using the lyrics of a gay, black man in support of his divisive, racist, hate-filled policies.

Met Police figures:

From 150,000 people plus 5000 counter protest, 23 were arrested in total. 22 were from the main protest.

Of these, 11 were for violence or the threat of violence. 8 people have been charged, 5 of these for a violence-related crime.

So that's 0.005% of the marchers charged with a crime. You'll get more than that charged on an average day in any city centre.

Facts. Respect them.

We might get as many as 30 tornadoes a year in UK.
USA get over 1000 tornadoes a year.
It doesn't lessen any damage done in UK because we have fewer than USA.

What the hell..?

It doesn't 'lessen damage' but it's pretty uncontroversial to say there is very little damage caused by tornadoes in the UK.

So how many acts of violence would there have been with no protest then?

A = 0

The number of tornadoes has little relevance to the amount of damage caused by one.

You're so right. The only arrests ever made in Britain are on protests. If there are 150,000 people in a city on an ordinary day, none will get arrested. That's why we have no crime in the UK. Utter melt.

In Faversham, Kent’s oldest market town, there were recently far-right protests outside a small facility used to house unaccompanied asylum-seeking children... one witness described people “chanting ‘Sieg Heil’, hanging St George’s flags from lamp-posts, and crudely daubing roundabouts and zebra crossings with red crosses.”

When Fascism came to England it carried a can o' lager and a comic.
