FU@K his human rights...

A thug who carried out horrific acts of torture for Zimbabwean dictator Robert Mugabe has been allowed to live in Britain – to protect his human rights.

An immigration tribunal found Phillip Machemedze inflicted terrible injuries on political opponents of the vile Mugabe regime.

But despite ruling he was involved in ‘savage acts of extreme violence’ – including smashing a man’s jaw with a pair of pliers – immigration judges said he could not be deported.

They said the 46-year-old, who is HIV positive, could himself face torture if he was returned home, having turned his back on Mugabe’s Zanu PF regime.

Never mind eh? You keep on voting in weak governments don't you? So what are you going to do about it? Nothing. Just whine about it on a forum.

So who is your big strong government that will put the country right, you must have one in mind.

They don't exist. We need a true national party like they have in Wales and Scotland.

Had this evil person decided to live in Scotland or Wales, he wouldn't be deported either (although some locals might decide to mete out their own brand of justice)

Strange how the Human Rights Act , has been seized upon by lawyers and solicitors and is now almost exclusively used by criminals and asylum seekers to escape true justice. We don't hear anything about the same Human Rights, their victims are supposed to have under the same act.

What!!!! No human rights in Zimbabwe ?? I can hardly believe it. I thought that Robert Mugabe would have signed up to it straight away

Of course, I did mean the Human Rights Act as it seems to be applied in the UK. Other European countries that have signed up to the EU convention on HR, all seem to be able to deport criminal minded foreigners with impunity.

Tony Blair had the HR Act enshrined into British law so that he wife who was a HR lawyer at the time could make more money for the family.

No other country has had the HR Act enshrined into their laws.

Well done Tony.

It's time for Cameron to show his mettle and take us out of it too and replace it with some sort of Human Responsibilities act. Take away these Human Rights that criminals deny to their victims.

He has no metal.

Like all politicians, he had a labotomy to remove all traces of honesty and decency.

And the latest...

The Court of Appeal said making Wayne Bishop serve an eight-month sentence would damage the wellbeing of his five children because he is their sole carer.

In what is believed to be a first, the ruling sparked fears that thousands of criminals could now try to use the human rights of their family to avoid prison.

But his legal team argued in the Court of Appeal yesterday that because he is the sole carer of his five children – aged between five and 13 – for five nights a week it was not in their "best interests" that he stay in prison.

His QC, Ian Wise, told Mr Justice Maddison and Mr Justice Sweeney that the Nottingham judge who sentenced him had not properly taken into account the effect on the children.

Since his incarceration, they have been cared for by his sister during the week and his ex-partner at weekends, but the situation has been difficult for all parties

Thing is CHM, This scumbag took no consideration of what would happen to his children if he were caught. His kids will now think it's ok to burgle neighbours, commit theft from shops etc. This chap has not learnt any lesson whatsoever (and you can be sure he'll pass this on to his offspring)
The appeal judges are blinkered and don't live on the same planet as you and me. These judges should be removed from their positions as soon as possible and replaced with someone with a modicum of sense.

Noooooo F*ck it....
Let the floodgates open to new unprecedented levels.

Don't blame Blair, Blame the everyday man on the street who gave up caring about the country we should love and cherish.

Machemedze.......Hang him.
