Is having spray foam insulation between the rafters in the loft a complete waste of money and a con?
I know the idea is to insulate the floor of the loft space so that heat stays in the room below rather than creating a warm empty loft but is there any advantage of that type of insulation?
More to the point, other than cost are there any disadvantages?
Was looking at companies like roofsure ltd to do such work.
