The two Bobs

So I assume people will be expecting them to get 3 years jail for their hate speech?

The irony:

"Formed in Ipswich in 2017, the band rap about racism, homophobia, toxic masculinity, and far-right politics."
Why three years? Connolly only got 2.5 and she was actually spouting hate speech and inciting violent riots, rather than condemning a military force engaged in systematic Genocide.

We wouldn't send someone to jail for saying the Iranian Revolutionary Guard should be wiped out. But saying all Iranians should be wiped out is absolutely hate speech.

so thats 1 who says no.

She got a discount for pleading guilty. btw.

Since they haven't been accused of a crime it's a bit early for demanding they plead out.

She tried to retract the plea later, I wonder if the reduction should be taken away when that happens.

broadcast on the BBC in front of a large audience, I suspect their reach was far greater than any of the southport tweets - so absolutely a greater sentence is needed

Non partisan is a big ask.

AI doesn't recon it's hate speech as it's against a military group. But AIs opinion is almost worthless.

Inciting the crowd to call for the death of Israeli citizens. Maybe it's ok to call for it in another country, i don't know. Maybe it's not a crime.

Hopefully, a decent newspaper or two might ask some legal experts and write a proper analysis. I am actually really interested for once.
