On the wonderful NHS...look at the British on that 1950s beach and see how trim, healthy and happy they are. Compare a modern beach, with people of whale-like proportions, all manner of disabilities genuine or fake, various self-uglifying tattoos/piercings/dyed hair, litter carpeting the ground, and the ever-present and all-pervading sad stench of cannabis in the air. when compared to other health services, on a cost per capita basis, the NHS is pretty efficient

I am sure you would prefer the American system which costs $13,432 per person on health, compared to the UK's $6,023 .............yet despite that its the biggest cause of financial debt in USA and of course millions are excluded from care
