How come the gun was found over a fence after duggan was shot?
Like it or not, this is the closest we will get to finding out how he died...And to try and avoid similar consequences in the future!

Yes- anyone who carries a gun is capable of using it on anyone who stands in their way ..
Good result .
Police got it right.
But- I have to say- as appeal after appeal goes on- usual (chestnut) of compensation will eventually come to fruition .
12 good and true people obviously think differently...
Since it appears that they might not agree that duggan was in possession of a gun or not...
In fact different plods had differing stories..
Therefore the question about why a gun was found over a fence is not a 'different argument'!
The argument seems to now be who put that gun there....

ellal can't see the bad in these sort of people. He revels in portraying them as innocent victims of the police. Duggan was carrying a gun (either on his person or in the back of the cab) Either way, I don't think he was carrying it for defensive purposes (there I go assuming again, a point ellal will pick up on when he'll ask "How do you know he intended using it?)
Ellal probably thinks Duggan was a nice clean living person. The sort who wouldn't hurt a fly. The sort of chap who was actually taking the aforementioned gun to a police station, to get it off the street.

If a gun wasn't supplied, the notion of whether it was going to be used or not is irrelevant!

Hey presto, a gun that wasn't fired is found some distance away and another plod can't explain how it got there...

Hmmm strange then that the accused admitted handling the gun only a week before to "beat" a man with.. Yep nice character this un.
And yet a jury couldn't decide whether he supplied said gun to duggan...
lets face it, the nearest we are going to get to the truth surrounding duggan's death is this trial!
Or rather the next one, and duggan's inquest will be postponed ad infinitum!
So let's allow more time to pass, officers to leave/resign...
