I wonder which ones she objects to? Freedom from torture, perhaps? Right to a fair trial?
As mentioned in the vid, there is a perfectly good bill of rights which Britain assembled years ago, so we could pull it out of the cupboard and incorporate it into British law. We should have done that earlier. No need to rely on Europe to do it for us.
