Hi

I have a thermal store cylinder for both hot water and heating. I want to temporarily remove two radiators to do some work on the wall behind.

The first plumber ( well, the first one to turn up ) could not find the filling loop for the cylinder. I called the manufacturers and found the loop in the top of the cylinder, but I'm not sure how this would work at all, since there is no pressure meter.

I was wondering whether the cylinder would even need to be topped up, given the nature of thermal store? How would my radiators be re-filled?

Alternatively, how could I find a specialist plumber? I really want the work done, and can't afford to pay a fortune, but I don't want the whole system banjaxed either.

Thanks for any help or advice
