Hi havent been on for a while.. Ive just completed a Labour only job for a customer using a Chelmer Eco Cat. Has anyone used these before? Just wondering if anyone knows how they are broken down inside?
IE what does the Solar valve do etc? Is it just a 300l unvented cylinder with a High Gain Indirect Hot Water Coil?
Only reason i ask is because i am designing/installing a very similar system for another customer and this would work perfectly however @ £2100 just for the cylinder is way out of budget.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for a Cylinder/Store that will provide inputs from a Stove (direct or indirect via a Plate H,X) Solar Coil, Immersion and a back up Trianco Elec Boiler?
All the inputs are to provide heat for UFH approx 4kw and mains HW
