How to get thermostat to control 2 heating units? I added coal boiler in workshop and would like to know how to tie into existing thermostat connected to oil boiler in house.

In the UK to connect two boilers together safely a "neutraliser" is used, so I'm assuming that the same method is used in the USA. The wiring diagram from one of the neutraliser manufacturers can be found clicking here It is a major modification to an existing wiring system for one boiler. I helped a plumber friend with his wiring when he installed one in his home about 10 years ago. Never forgotten it
