Thermostat Working?

Evening All,

My boiler does not appear to be starting despite the timer, etc being set. I suspect that the thermostat on the hot water tank might be broken. Is there anyway of checking a thermostat?

yes if you put a multimeter on you can check that its switching the voltage from one wire to the other.
