Think I have blocked pipes in my radiator circuit.

if your header tank is open to atmosphere you need to isolate it before you put mains pressure through.

I would pressure your system up then open the bleed valve on your faulty radiator and bleed it into a bucket for a while.

Then I would close one of the rad valves on the faulty radiator and bleed it using the other end of the circuit.

Just a few thoughts, firstly make sure you isolate your boiler and secondly make sure you have your motorised valves in the correct position.

is house built by wilcon by any chance?
if so almost certainly blocked on 10mm branch of tee from 22mm flow/return
they had a habit of using non barrier pipe for heating around my area with similar system set-up and can be a nightmare to sort out
chemicals/powerflushing tends to be waste of time tbh only way is to locate tee or manifold and unblock/replace

Simple solution first. Balance the radiators.

Close all lockshield valves then open them up two turns, other valve fully open. Run boiler. Any radiators that are cold open up the lockshield another half turn any radiators that are blistering hot turn down a quarter of a turn.
