In case you're not aware the IRA were at war with the British, so the British labeled the IRA as terrorists to justify using the army and killing or imprisoning them without trial.
Britain could not "declare war" on them because that would recognise them as freedom fighters.

Find the part in the genuine English Language version, that says what you claim it says, and present that.
