Tidying up cable holes

I've got this nice mess going into the side of a wooden cabinet in my utility room.
I'd like to join the holes and square it off.
I'd also like to finish it off with a plastic trim thing, sort of like a grommet. But I've looked all over the interwebs to no avail.

Any ideas what I can use?
