Tighten fanbelt on 99 focus 1.6 ghia..how??

Hi there fanbelt squeeling on the focus.
Had a quick look but no obvious way of tightening like swinging the alternator etc.
I did some searches and it would appear that maybe it has an automatic tensioner??....I haven't come across one of these before but I'm guessing it's either seized or at the end of it's travel. Any help with this be appreciated. It's waking the neighbours when I pull away in the mornings!!!

Worked it out tensioner at de back. Seems to be smooth in operation and offering plenty of resistance so I'll stick a new belt in there and see how it goes.
