Tile to carpet (extra deep)

I have just finished my bathroom and need to sort out the transition from the tiles to the hall carpet.

The sub floor is wood so I screwed ply to the floorboards and through to the joists to reduce movement, then put tiles on top. Trouble is the finished floor is around 25mm thick and no Z-edge bars are this deep.

How do I sort this join out?
