I am about to start tiling my kitchen floor. I've tiled bathroom and kitchen floors before but I just want advise on how to get the professional look.

The kitchen floor is relatively square and all base units have been removed so it's a blank canvas.

My question is where do I start? In one corner or I have heard find the middle of the room not sure I understand what to do once the middle is found.

Any advise much appriciated as always.
Many Thanks
