tiling around pipes

There is a flange{50mm} around the pipe to cover the hole in the wall,the joint nut sits next to this and there is no room for the tile to sit behind it.The pipe has no movement so I cannot pull it out of the wall to allow the tile in behind.What do I do?Thanks for your help

Maybe make a box section then tile onto it? Any photo?
