tiling onto asphalt

i have an asphalt flat roof. in the summer it melts in the heat if you sit on a chair or leave something on it.

i want to tile this with porcelain (this is frost proof i believe?)

does anyone know how i can tile onto this asphalt flat roof?

BAL Rapidset can be used on flooring grade asphalt not sure about roofing grade, give their technical dept a call they are very helpful.
