we are just about to start tiling over existing tiling outside. what is the best adhesive to use? any other advice?

Why are you tiling over the existing? They look like they're starting to come away.
good point, but we decided it would be easier to tile over.
Agree remove before tiling, you need a none slip tile .

Good morning, thank you to everybody for advice and we decided to take people's advice. below is what we found. do we need both a screed to level off and then an adhesive? Any recommendations for materials? will screed on its own be ok on the side of the steps as we are not going to tile that area? thank you.
