tiling over tiles

Hi there - I wonder if someone can help me..?
I\\\'m just about to tile over existing tiles in my bathroom - is there anything I need to do in the way of preparation (to the old tiles) before putting the new ones on?? Any hints and tips would also be mucho appreciated!
