Could anyone explain to me a phenomenon?

I have just re-tiled my shower. There is just one tile on the bottom corner that has a brown discoloration in the grouting. No matter what I do, i.e scratch away the grout and fill in new, the brown stain keeps comming through.

Can anyone advise please, what is happening here.

Sounds like the wall is a bit damp - it should dry out eventually.
