Timber Garden Room Height Off Existing Ground

Hi all - we have just started buidling a garden room. Well to be honest just a bit of digging so far. Roughly 6m x 2.7m

Ive looked at ground screws and while they look good the 20 year gurantee puts me off a bit on the ones I have seen...so im leaning more towards concerte
Plus the ground in places is very soft clay....so that has me a tad nervous about ground screws longevity

Just wondering what height the concrete base should be off the garden lawn. Ive seen 50mm, 80mm and 150mm so Im not sure. I think Ive measured out for something like 100mm at the moment but of course that eats into your 2.5m as its close to neighbours boundry so if we can take lower that would help....but I think 100mm seems fine to me

We are on a slight slope too so just makes the shuttering a bit more of a job at the low side so its bit of headwork...also ideally how much MOT?? Im planning on 200mm but that maybe over the top???

It's only a timber garden room. Not driving cars on it.
80 to 100mm of type 1 and 75 mm of concrete is fine.
50mm off the ground.
That's my opinion..

Clay is wet and stinky.
Just how it is and in summer we get cracks.
You just need to get the top off and put type 1 down.
