Timber lintels change to concrete renforced

Hi
I've currently renovating a 1930 semi
The 1st floor lintels are still wooden and the brick work is loose above around 3 course
Would acros the ceiling be suitable to support the roof of the building?
Also the windows are around 1.6m wide
Would a 65mm x 100mm renforced concrete be suitable?

You need to support the brickwork which in turn takes the load from the roof, definitely need a builder or SE to look at though if bricks loose.
