Timbercrib retaining wall failure

I have a significant timbercrib retaining wall that has failed in a16m section, I am struggling to find a contractor that has experience repair/ replacing timbercrib walls. Has anyone had a similar experience and found a resolution?

Ruthin pre-cast concrete use to do both a concrete and timber version, and did have a team to install it, it was 20 years ago when I left the firm, but likely they still do it.
