Timer losing time

Hello
Can anyone help me get an understanding of what is happening with my boiler. It is a Bosch greenstar 30i with a Bosch mt10 mechanical timer. It keeps losing time so I assume it keeps stopping and the restarting. 15mins may end up being an hour on this as its being very unpredictable. Why would this be happening and anyone have experience with costing for repair?
