Tips and cost of rendering a 1930s 3 bed semi.

Hi all, I want the job doing below but would like to know if anybody has any tips on how I could save money and what to look out for. Anybody have any ideas on a reasonable cost for this too.

K-REND TO THE FRONT / SIDE AND REAR ELEVATION

Provide scaffold to the three sides of the property
Provide protection to all areas where work is to be carried out
Provide protection to all services / windows and door ways
Remove any services where possible
Remove all existing render from all three sides of the property approximately 77m2 including front and rear of existing garage
Make good all existing brick work where required
Any major defects will be pointed out at the time to the client and a price will be given to rectify the problem
Prepare brick work
Apply base coat of k-rend hp12 to the whole area to include alkali resistant reinforcing mesh

Supply and fit upvc beading where required making sure all reveals are equal allow to air dry over night

Apply top cote of k-rend silicone ft to the whole area to be rubbed up to a smooth textured finish

Re fit any services where required
Make good brick work below bell cast bead around the perimeter of the house

Re fit any services that were removed

Make good all areas where work has been carried out
Clean all windows and doorways
Remove all debris from ourselves from site
