Rendering type

Im having the render at the rear of my property re done soon and wondered is it worth looking at something like the k rend system?
Im planning to rent it out next year so would like a low maintenance product, im happy to paint it first time but future coats would require scaffolding every time.
Ive heard mixed reports on k rend so would welcome any feedback.

There are now a whole range of modern renders, many dont need painting. Maybe it would be worthwhile for you to examine render and exterior insulation.


I cant advise you on the modern renders but some on here can, and if you use the search facility above the page to search past posts on the tech details you will find lots of info.
