Tired decking, how to make it look good

Hi, my decking has been down roughly 10 years, initially I treated it with a stain but it looked rubbish.
Over the years I have used the stuff in the pic to clean it when tbh is very good stuff then I have used Screwfix own decking oil which looks good for 6 months then looks tired again.
Can anyone recommend a good oil that will have it looking good for longer?
What is the secret to good decking please??

Osmo is what I've used - I use the light bangkirai oil 2 coats and then a coat of the anti-slip decking oil.
