Toilet bolts

Do they sell the bolts that secure the cistern to the pan on a close coupled cistern. Not the type that fix through the metal plate.

Its the link you sent on ebay that is the type of bolt I want. Not the close couple fixing kit with the metal plate. Do the sell just the bolts and washers like the link for ebay in plumbers merchants?
