Just thought I'd mention although not answering your question.
Using existing holes in walk drill through the holder.
You can then use chrome or stainless caped screws.
Won't really notice the screws if you can find a matching fixing at DIY store.
I've done that a few times as those mounts can be a problem

Any with a concealed fixing plate , you will likely need to replace that one for one supplied with holder as there are many variations,
I don't want to drill more holes through tiles.
You can use existing holes .
I can recommend the Silicone wall mounted brush. I’d comes with a strong double sided mount. Doesn’t take up much space, looks good and is hygienic.
