I would be grateful for some professional advice.
I have just replaced the bottom entry water inlet into the cistern with a TORBECK fitting(small float).
My previous fitting was similar but with larger ball float.
As the water pressure here is about 1 bar I inserted as instructed the water reducer.
I noted straight away that as soon as the toilet is full and the new fitting shuts off there is a slight thud within the pipe-work. I can live with this if it is not causing any damage. This was not the case with the larger ball float. Is this normal or have I cocked up.
