Toilet slow refilling

As the title says, old toilet in house which has never properly worked. Takes a long time to refill in the cistern, water just trickles out refilling.

Also, not sure if related but when I flush, water doesn't flow all around the bowl, just half.

A Fluidmaster PRO45B will fix the filling issue, but the flush issue might be scale in which case a new loo may well be in order

I closed the valve and opened again, now it's even worse - to the point barely any water will come out now

Time to replace the flush syphon and fill valve. Looks like it's been there for a long time & owes you nowt Time for shiny new bits, you'll never look back
