Is there anyway I can swap the valve/float to the other side?

My overflow is on the right and I'm trying to avoid drilling another hole.

There is only one hole for the flush handle.

Cheers,

Mick

That looks like a new cistern.
If it is. it has probably got an internal overflow.

There should be a blank for the hole as it overflows through the syphon.

Does this have an internal overflow? It looks just like the really old one which I am assuming doesn't.

Maybe I should just get a new push button siphon with internal overflow?

I do have a blank in the box.

p.s it's not close coupled

Fit the syphon and fill with water.
If it overflows through the syphon before the hole you're quids in.
If not fit a 5l syphon.

I reckon my syphon has an internal overflow. I'm just going to fit it and test.

Now I just have to fit it!
