Toilet syphon replacement?

I need to change this toilet syphon which I’m aware that I will need to remove the cistern to replace. I believe this may be a Thomas Dudley syphon & some of these can be taken apart & replaced without removing the whole cistern. Does anyone recognise this one or know whether I can take it apart in the cistern or not?

That's a 3 part syhon, easy to fix/service without removing the cistern.

The flush is very weak so what exactly do I need to replace just the diaphragm?

1. If you have to push the handle repeatedly to get it to flush, likely to be the syphon diaphragm.
2. Otherwise, could be too low a water level requiring adjustment of the inlet valve.
