ds, but its constant even after taps have been switched off overnight.

Is there an easy-ish DIY fix I can try?
I cant find an isolator switch for the taps, unless it's not that obvious.

If it might need a plumber, is this easy enough for them to fix, possibly replacing the tap?

If I left it, is it likely to be fine for a while.

The taps are about 15 years old.

I would guess you need new tap washers.
Isolate supply at stop cock and boiler/tank if you you can't find individual isolating valves , unscrew domes and then you will have access to screw to remove knobs. Unscrew tap bodies and replace washers.
If they are quarter turn taps then same procedure but replace cartridges or ceramic discs
Not an urgent job.
Might be an idea to do all four taps if they are, as they appear to be, the same age

jj4091 is spot on. At 15 years old these are probably old-style washer taps, so a new washer costs pennies and is a quick job once the water is off. If you can't find a local isolator on the basin pipes, just use the main stopcock. I wouldn't leave it though, that drip will only get worse over time.

Thanks both. Just to check what are these taps called so that I can look on youtube for tutorial videos?

Any good content you would recommend for this kind of DIY task?
Thanks

If you rotate the knob of the tap by a quarter turn for off and full on, it has a ceramic cartridge. With luck it will be a standard size you can still buy.

If it rotates by a couple of turns, it has a washer.

IME the washer type are less troublesome and last longer.
