hi i am haven trouble with a new close coupled toilet i just fitted.it does not take away the waste in one go,the cistern is filled to the correct level and emptys as it should ,on the second flush it removes the waste has anybody got any ideas ta.

Not really an answer I am afraid ... but we changed a good old 1960 vintage toilet for a trendy compact jobby ealier this year and I would accuse it of similar. IMHO it doesn't hold enough water to do the job
