We sell a few of them and they are all click engineered. Kahrs do one and V4 do.
It looks like it's pre-finished, so you don't need stain/varnish.
Unless you give it a sanding first of course.

Hi, thank you for your replies. I moved into this house and the floor in the hallway and lounge was covered with carpet, hiding this wonderful floor. At first I thought it was laminate and then realised it was real wood.
I would like to change the colour of the floor in the lounge and would be grateful to know which products I should use.
