Tool to poke under and push up window lock?

Hi all,

The handle on a window at home no longer pulls up the internal lock at the base of a window.

Any particular tool I could order to poke under the closed window and leverage the lock up to open it?

Pictured below is a working window elsewhere in the house. Also is there a name for this type of window lock mechanism for repairs? Many thanks.
