Overflowing header tanks, rad valves that weep at the stem, then loo's that don't flush without multiple hand cranking.

Shower leaks via trap or silicon
Add extra rad
WC not flushing
Full bathroom refit
Leak from... dishwasher/wc etc. (usually weep/drip)
Fit dishwasher
Fit outside tap
Add TRV to radiator
