Top Hung UPVC Window Hinges replacement

Hi all

I need to replace 11" top hung UPVC window Hinges but they seem to be unavailable anywhere.

Could I use 12" and if so would I align the new with the top or bottom of the old hinge or make it equal ie place 1/2 inch each of either end of the old.

12 inch will be fine , and align on the ' top' edge otherwise the sash will sit to high and wont close
