Hello all, i was reading some of the posts left concerning the Torbeck valves and on the whole i must strongly disagree with most of the anti-torbeck rants as some people obviously have nothing better to do with there time than complain. Well now its my turn.....
I happen to have had an issue with a Torbeck not shutting off myself, but what i did was call the company using the HELP LINE, who manufacture the valves and found that they were extremely helpful with my problem and sent me a spare part which has been working fine for months.
In response to all those moaners out there who say "get a fluid master", is this after or before it goes wrong for the 5th time?
Im no expert but i believe these types of valve can be susceptible to idiots! Especially house bound women....Know your limits!
