Toupret - Rock Solid Repair Filler vs Masonry Repair Filler

I need to fill some small gaps in outside render. Are these two Toupret products pretty much interchangeable? What would each be used for.

One is resin based
One is cement based

One has to be used on a dry surface while the other can be used on a damp surface.
