Filling around exterior lights in wall

What would be best to fill the gaps around these recessed rectangular lights in our garden wall?

Would Toupret Touprelith F Exterior Masonry Repair Filler work ok?

Is there anything easy I can add to get the texture of the existing render?

I'd go with the Touprelith F and then once sanded, paint and throw builder's sand at it to replicate the texture. You may need to add more sand with each coat of paint and eventually stipple the sand/paint with a brush.
