Towel Radiator / Tap connection

Does anyone know where I would be able to get a towel radiator that is 700mm wide. I currently have a normal rad in my bathroom but would like to replace - I would move the pipes but my floor is sheets (not floorboards) and it falls just so a studwall is right in the middle (lengthways) - I think that starting to cut the board will a make a difficult task out of it.

Also where will I get a flexi hose to go from my 15mm cold water supply to a 22mm fitting on my bath tap?

That should be easy - plumbers merchant certainly, or BES.LTD.UK, maybe screwfix or wickes
