As per the title, the trailer measures 3065 x 1710, four wheels and is used to transport a mini digger.......therefore pretty hefty!
The original base is 20mm OSB with 12mm rubber conveyor belt on the top. The OSB is split / rotted etc.
I'd like to go for 25mm OSB but no joy there (keeping the rubber sheet) but I'm trying to weigh up alternatives.
How about 27mm deck boards, 144mm wide, 3600 lengths.......strong enough?
The trailer is braced at 400mm centres across it's beam.
Any comments, gents?
Many thanks
John :)

With further investigation I've found some 20mm ply has been used at some time, so I've gone for 25mm structural ply, 8x4, 3 sheets required.
I'll bolt it down, then add the rubber sheets on top.
It's only used for digger transport, at a guess a couple of tons or so.
John :)
